The tips on your new cue will likely show remnants of chalk, as we test every cue and center-ball hits without chalk are a poor test of performance. No Ott Custom Cue will leave our shop unless it performs the way it should.

Lifetime Warranty

All cues are warranted for life against defects in materials or workmanship. *

*Cue may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Ott Custom Cues (“Maker”).  Cue must be returned to Maker at owner’s expense for warranty consideration (to be determined by Maker in its sole discretion).  Warranty is voided for a cue that has been modified in any way.
